The MCN6600 is a high-speed, 3-axis controlled CNC machining center expertly engineered for processing and milling aluminum composite panels, aluminum sheets, Lexan, polycarbonate, fiber cement, and compact laminates. Equipped with a specially designed movable tool magazine, it ensures maximum efficiency by performing automatic tool changes seamlessly during operation.

Manufacturing Technique & Structural Integrity

• Robust Chassis: The base frame and gantry are constructed from electro-welded structural steel, ensuring maximum stability. Machine tops are made of phenolic material, while the working tops are crafted from high-quality MDF.

• Precision Drive Systems: X and Y axis transmissions utilize a helical pinion and rack system connected to motors via a gearbox, while the Z-axis operates on a precise ball screw mechanism. The system glides on linear ball guides for flawless movement.

• Advanced Gantry: The Y-axis features a robust gantry system, while the X and Z axes are driven by single, high-performance servo motors, ensuring exceptional milling quality.

• Smart Control: CNC control unit capable of managing a 4-servo-motor gantry, delivering maximum stability. The system includes an automatic tool measurement apparatus to instantly calculate tool lengths.
