MPR 7000 ALUMINIUM CORNER CRIMPING MACHINE

Specially designed for modular aluminum panel profile series, large sectioned sliding doors and windows systems, MPR is able to crimp high and thick aluminum profile frames up to 200mm. It enables to produce perfect and stiff frame corners thanks to its PLC controlled and pressure-adjustable hydraulic crimping blocks together with inner supporting unit of the frames. Crimping blocks made in two pieces, upper part sliding on top of the lower part, enables to crimp non-semi surfaced profile contours by using the standard crimping knives. Inner supporting block is made in three separate parts which enable to support zig-zag shaped profiles enabling perfectly joint corners without any need to make special tooling. Hydraulically powered crimping head blocks with 100 Bar standard crimping pressure, eliminates the angular and dimensional production errors of doors and windows profiles.
